Next week, Lancope will present and exhibit at Cisco Live Milan, taking place in Italy from January 27 – 31. Lancope’s technical marketing engineer, Matt Robertson, will deliver a breakout session on NetFlow Security Monitoring with StealthWatch on Thursday, January 30 from 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. The session will advise attendees on how to best leverage Lancope’s StealthWatch System to collect and analyze NetFlow, as well as data from Cisco ISE, to drive an investigation into network activity and identify anomalous behaviors and potential threats.
The StealthWatch System collects and analyzes flow data from a wide variety of Cisco devices including but not limited to the Cisco Catalyst Series, NGA, ASA, ISR, ISE, ASR 1000 and Nexus 1000V, providing comprehensive network visibility across core, edge and access layers. The StealthWatch System is a key component of the Cisco Cyber Threat Defense Solution, designed to combat the most stealthy, elusive threats lurking within enterprise networks. Additionally, Cisco’s CSIRT leverages the StealthWatch System to analyze billions of flows per day to gain network visibility, threat context and situational awareness.
Lancope will exhibit the StealthWatch System at Cisco Live Milan Booth #E89/E90, and provide a sneak preview of new functionality being released in the next version, StealthWatch System 6.5, later in Q1. StealthWatch System 6.5 boasts an all-new, intuitive Web interface and more sophisticated intelligence and alarming capabilities that further enhance usability, security analytics and early threat detection. Attendees that stop by the booth will also receive a voucher to download Lancope’s new e-book, “Incident Response with NetFlow for Dummies.”
In addition to the Lancope presentation, the StealthWatch System will be featured in the following Cisco presentations at the show:
- Security and Virtualization in the Data Center – Wednesday, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
- Data Center Security – Monday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Offensive and Defensive CyberSecurity – Monday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
