The StealthWatch® NC appliance defeats threats from external and internal sources, regardless of known or unknown targeted vulnerability. With native flow capture to provide more detailed coverage and greater packet inspection for sensitive areas of the network, StealthWatch NC prioritizes risks and helps ensure compliance with security and network usage policies. It also captures and summarizes transaction records for all network communications to enable powerful forensic analysis and expedite incident investigation and remediation efforts.

The StealthWatch NC appliance family of flow collector appliances includes the M45, the M250 and the G1. These three options accommodate a wide range of access, throughput and fault-tolerance demands. All sensors are easily tuned for specific needs. StealthWatch NC installs through connection to a SPAN port, tap, or mirrored interface on a switch or router using a standard 1U rack-mount form factor appliance.

The G1, designed for gigabit networks, supports both fiber and copper interfaces. The M250 and M45 are designed for fast Ethernet networks with high or low levels of utilization. EXtreme versions of the M250 and G1 models provide additional monitoring ports, redundant power and RAID-5 storage capabilities.
